Today is a great day! Its my B-Day and its a public holiday here in RSA.... wonderful!
Since getting back from the Game Park I haven't done anything except the laundry (we call it washing here) and so I don't have any WiP photos to show....
They didn't let us know that the park is more suited for 4x4 drive vehicles and it rained so much on Friday night, we couldn't drive around in our 'normal' car. We had to book game drives and quite frankly the amount of any kind of animal sightings was really poor. I was convinced they were lying about having any giraffes at all but we eventually saw one on the last minute of the drive. No Elephants, No Hippos, we did see a Rhino tho'.... mainly Zebras, Kudus and Impalas...
Next time I'll go to the Kruger Park.... at least I know there are animals there.
